Returns

Did you receive your order and it's not quite what you expected? That's unfortunate, but it can happen.

Do you wish to return the article? Please send an email to hello@dimpel.be with the following information:

• Order number
• Name + Address
• Reason for return

The costs to return the order are at your own expense. For returns within Belgium & Europe you can request a return label via hello@dimpel.be. The cost will be deducted from the refund. Returning orders is at your own risk. We only take back products in the original, unopened packaging. Without damage to the product or labels. If the returned order was shipped free of charge, we are unfortunately forced to deduct the shipping cost when refunding your order.

Cost to return your order:

• Belgium: € 7
• Europe: € 15

Uncollected parcels

When an order is not collected at the selected pickup point and is automatically returned to us, the return costs are charged to Dimpel. As a small family business, we are unable to absorb these costs, unlike large retailers that offer free return logistics. In the case of a refund, these return costs will be deducted from the original amount. If the customer wishes to have the parcel resent, the additional shipping costs must be paid in advance. The order will be shipped again once this payment has been received.

Exchange

Do you wish to exchange an item? That is also possible. For this we would like to receive a new order. The articles you do not wish to keep may be returned. Again, the return costs are at your own expense and risk.

Upon receipt of your return we will refund the amount of your order (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 days.
